We isolate the specific areas to improve in your nutrition and wellness routine and prioritize the improvements that will make the biggest difference.
You aren’t given any complicated plans that you’re expected to follow, because this will likely set you up for failure and guilt. Instead, every step is designed to make your success as easy and seamless as possible.
I teach you my unique method for improving health, losing weight and feeling amazing, which is based solidly in science and in my 12 years of professional experience. I share with you the best I’ve learned, as I explain what may or may not work for you, and why.

Within 3 phases, we work on developing a clear plan you feel confident about.
We meet online for 18 sessions, which takes 4-6 months to complete. I recommend taking a break ever 4 sessions to practice and reflect on the lessons we’ve covered.
The 3 phases of clarity

Phase 1: Prepare for Action
In Phase 1, you determine where you are now, where you want to go and why you want to go there, which gets you mentally prepared for the changes you make in Phase 2. This last 3-5 sessions.
We start with the Wellness & Self-Knowledge Intake, which assesses your current level of wellness and your knowledge about what is right for you. We go over your current state of health, as well as your current nutrition and wellness habits. This is your benchmark to see where you are now and the improvements needed to get to the place you want to be.
Once we identify where you are, we can identify where you want to go. You choose your wellness goal, such as losing weight, increasing energy or improving any other area of wellness. And we bring specificity to your goal, making sure it’s authentic and clear, and therefore achievable.
Next, we explore your reasons for why you want this goal, which gives you the motivation you need to make it a reality.
Finally, we work through any concerns, doubts or mixed feelings you have about your goal so you can feel totally confident and motivated for the improvements you’ll make in the next phase. It’s very helpful to air these thoughts at the beginning so they don’t cause you to second guess or sabotage yourself later on.

Phase 2: Inform & Explore
To begin Phase 2, we tap into your internal expertise about which actions you should take. We go through simple exercises to connect with your body and enhance your ability to listen to it. And I teach you my favorite intuitive eating techniques that allow you to access your deep inner wisdom about what you should eat.
In each following session, we begin the process of blending your internal expertise with mine. I offer information and guidance on nutrition and wellness with a focus on your unique wellness needs along with the most effective strategies I’ve found to lose weight and get healthy.
We dive into the 4 pillars of wellness and weight management and the improvements you want to make in each:
- Nutrition
- Movement
- Sleep
- Stress management
These 4 pillars represent the actions you take. But that’s only half of success. The other half is mindset.
Throughout this program, we also emphasize important mindset shifts. For example, we don’t focus on a mindset of restriction, but one of balance and moderation. You don’t have to deprive yourself in order to be healthy and reach your goals. Instead, you can focus on the many wonderful healthy options you can choose from, which you can pair with some indulgences now and again.
We don’t just focus on what you choose, but on how you choose, and the mentality you bring to those decisions. Everything is framed within your experience and intuition because clarity doesn’t just come from listening to others but from being able to listen to yourself as well. We look at what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past. And we let your intuition and interests guide the process. Your exploration is based on my wisdom an insight, as well as the wisdom and insight you have within you.

Phase 3: Formulate & Succeed
Once you’ve explored the nutrition and wellness strategies in Phase 2, you can draw conclusions about what works for you, and then add these conclusions to your Formula for Success.
You identify the Top 5 habits you’ve discovered in the past 18 weeks, which are the habits that make greatest positive impact in your health, wellness and success.
For example, running 3 miles 3 times per week is in my Top 5 because it makes a massive impact on my health and is instrumental in my ability to manage my weight and stress levels. These runs also keep me inspired to take other actions to improve my health and wellbeing.
